In line with current regulations it is possible to return any goods purchased within 90 days from the date of receipt.

You can return the goods directly in the store or on our website.

The packaging must be intact and the material in the same state in which it was received. The seller will proceed with the re-crediting of the sum only after the verification of the goods.



The shipment for any return of the item is free of charge for the following reasons: item not received, wrong item or damaged item. The goods will be credited back to the total spent by the customer.


The shipment for the eventual return of the article is to payment in the following reasons: item not compatible, purchased by mistake, wrong purchase or no longer necessary.

The value of the goods will be re-credited while the shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.


If the entered data is incorrect, item ordered by mistake, I forgot to add an item to the order or for other reasons, you can cancel or change the order only before the status of the order passes from: "payment accepted" to "preparation in progress".

Customer service:


Extreme Games will proceed with the re-crediting of the value of the purchased goods with the same payment channel that you used. If you have used the cash on delivery as a payment method, you will be contacted by customer service for bank details.

The refund will be made within 2/3 working days after receipt of the package on site and after verification of the returned goods.

Additional expenses may occur if tampering or damage is found to the returned items.

2. Send it to customer service - section "returned";

3. Pack the items;

4. Enter the purchase receipt;

5. Prepare the package;

6. Wait for the waybill from our staff;

7. Apply the consignment note on the package;

8. The goods are ready to be picked up by our courier.
