In line with current regulations it is possible to return any goods purchased within 90 days from the date of receipt.
You can return the goods directly in the store or on our website.
The package must be intact and the material in the same state in which it was received.
The seller will proceed with the re-crediting of the sum only after the verification of the goods.
Shipping for the possible return of the item is free of charge for the following reasons:
Item not received, wrong item or damaged item.
The re-credit of the goods will be made on the total spent by the customer.
The shipping for the possible return of the item is charged for the following reasons: incompatible article, purchased by mistake, wrong purchase or no longer necessary.
The value of the goods will be credited back to the customer while the shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.
If the data entered are incorrect, item ordered by mistake, I forgot to add an item to the order or for other reasons, you can cancel or change the order only before the order status changes from: "payment accepted" to "preparation in progress".

Customer service
Extreme Games will proceed with the credit of the value of the goods purchased with the same payment channel you used.
If you used COD as a payment method, you will be contacted by customer service for bank details.
The refund will be made within 2/3 working days following receipt of the parcel on site and after verification of the returned goods.
Additional costs may arise if the returned items are tampered with or damaged.
1. Fill out the return form;
2. Send it to customer service - section "returned";
3. Pack the items;
4. Enter the purchase receipt;
5. Prepare the package;
6. Wait for the waybill from our staff;
7. Apply the consignment note on the package;
8. The goods are ready to be picked up by our courier.
